Buy Advice: $40 Microtek 3630 ?

I have an ad for a Microtek Scanmaker 3630, 1200x600, 48bit.

$40

Is there anybody who has experience with this brand who can tell me whether this a good deal? This is not for professional use... just a basic scanner for home office.
