Question Faulty GPU or Faulty Monitor ?

So I have this issue. I started the PC before and I hade no GPU drivers ,
i didn't think much of it so I used DDU to delete old GPU drivers and install new ones.
Everything was fine , but after few days this happened:

So did my GPU die or is it the monitor or something else?
After the PC restarted it is working fine for now.

Specs
Mobo: X570 Aorus Master with XMP Profile enabled
GPU: AMD 6900 XT (no oc)
CPU: Ryzen 9 5900
RAM: 32GB
PSU: Seasonic 850w
Monitor: Samsung Odyssey G7 27" 240hz

most likely panel of monitor is dying, it's an odyssey typical fault
open osd of the monitor, if it can be seen there too
