So pretty simply, cant decide If i want to buy my build now without a graphics card, assemble it and then buy and add the graphics card when i have the money on July 10th. Or do you think I should just wait till July 10th so I can have the satisfaction of putting everything together at once.

Build is
I5 4690k
Hyper 212 Cooler
Msi Z97 Chipset Mobo Gaming 5 edition (not the exact name but dont wanna go check)
Corsair spec 2 case
Samsung EVO SSD
2x4GB Ram Hyper Fury Kingston
EVGA Supernova 750W B2 PSU
GTX970

Solution
It's always better to buy everything at once, that way if something goes wrong it's easy to identify the problem before you request an RMA. The GTX 970 is definitely a good choice, I just got the MSI GTX 970 TwinFROZR and I love it, you can't go wrong with that one.
You can put everything together at once. The integrated gpu isn't going to run anything at high settings of course.

It is easy to install a graphics card any time you want and that is why it is ok to wait. Computer will be bootable with basic graphic display too. You can possibly play games at low settings with the integrated gpu

LOL this is like asking: should I like the color blue or red better? It's totally up to you!

But as suggested above, putting it together now you can actually use the computer for some stuff. Did you consider that?

Assembling all at once just means more difficulty in troubleshooting. If he builds the computer and gets it stable with everything except the GPU, when it comes time to install the graphics card, the options of what went wrong are far narrower.

But that said, it really doesn't matter any more than his personal preference if he builds now or later.
