Buy used 1070 or wait for 2060.

I have a GTX 760 and I was thinking of upgrading.
Should I buy a used 1070 or wait for 2060?
The GTX 1070 is around 300€ in my coutry.

I just bought a 1070 myself perfect time to buy and not knowing what a 2060 would be like but I would think a 1070 would be better anyway I paid £250 on ebay from a reputable seller.

Also, we don't know how much worse/better 2060 will be compared to 1070 or when it will come. But I imagine a used 1070 is a better deal than a brand new 2060.
