Question Buy used Gtx 960 from AliExpress

I'm on a budget and I would buy a graphic card since my last one passed away after a year, it was brand new. So I want to buy a decent GPU from AliExpress, the GTX 960 2gb. There are two versions and I would like to know which one is more is more "reliable".

Actually, Aliexpress has extremely tight protection rules. More so than Ebay.
When you pay for an Item, Aliexpress hold onto the money. If your item is NOT as described or does not arrive, Aliexpress will refund the money and the supplier loses out. The supplier has to wait until no complaints happen before they get their money and even then, it can be taken back from them.

Would look to see what you could find on a 1050ti before going this route. A 2GB 960 isn't going to net you much by way of performance any more.

From what I have read you will have to pay to return the item before you get your money back. I've also read several claims that gpu's bought from AliExpress have turned out to be fakes.

There was a lot of discussion at the time as to whether the "engine" of the 960 could truly utilize the 4GB effectively. On a personal level I had a 960 2gb SSC and a 960 4GB "standard" that the SSC model turned out better frames from.
