First question: I have a Acer monitor that is 60hz 4ms, I would like to use it as a second monitor but will it cause a problem with a monitor that's 144hz with 1ms?

Second question: With my new pc I will only have one hdmi port and 2 dvi ports is there a difference between dvi and hdmi?

Third question: any suggestions on a budget gaming monitor that's 1ms with 144hz? size 24-27 inch

You can run multiple monitors with different frequencies.

Highly depends on the GPU in question. Likely one DVI-I (still supports analog output) and one DVI-D port which doesn't. HDMI 1.3 or 1.4 does have limitations on frequency. HDMI 2.0 and up still has limits, but usually high enough for 1080p 144hz.

You will want to match your monitors to your GPU. So if you could provide your exact Acer monitor's model and your exact GPU model it should be possible to pick out a monitor that will let you run both without an adapter.

(very likely DVI for the new monitor, and HDMI for the older one if capable)

Went a little overboard on the CPU there. Could have taken $200 off the CPU and gotten a much faster GPU. At least you are set for future upgrades.

This would be a popular choice. Freesync will now work on Nvidia cards, so it has that benefit as well.

If you want it a little cheaper and don't mind curved panels

Not really much else under $250. If you want some of the nicer VA and IPS displays you'll have to fork over closer to $500.

Hello Eximo, thank you for steering me in the right direction. I'm gonna go with duel MSI Optix. Since they both are cheaper I'm going to buy a protection plan for both at my local wally world. The computer I bought was a pre-built unit from CyberpowerPC. Normally I would've built it myself but the price of the pre-built was to good to pass up. The other reason why I decided to go with the 2060 over the 2070 or 2080 is because the 2060 has lower failure rates then the 2070 and 2080.
