I had an RX 7800 XT GPU but due to some issues i send it to service center and they told me the particular model is unavailable with them at this point so they are refunding me exact money that i initially paid which is £640. Also this refund process will take 3-4 weeks. Now i am wondering should i buy an RX 9070 with this money + putting extra $160 more or go back again and buy 7800 XT for $530 and save some extra cash.
What are your thought on this?

Options i can buy brand new GPU with lowest prices:-

RX 7800 XT - $530
RX 7900 GRE- $724
RX 7900 XT - $735
RX 9070- $770
RX 9070 XT - $842
RX 7900 XTX- $1056 (I am putting this card in the list just for price perspective on my location which is in India)

I am mostly thinking of buying 9070 as it a newer generation GPU. I only play AAA title games almost all the time with 1440p and doesn't us my PC for any other tasks. . In addition i am not looking for used GPUs which the prices may vary as mentioned.

9070/9070xt. If you’re on a budget I suppose you could wait for the 9060xt 16gb and see what those look like. Or you might see about the 5060ti 16gb or a 5070 on nvidia side if that’s an option. Though the 5060ti will be a bit slower than the 7800xt except in RT I’d guess.

It does sound like you will need to budget for a psu upgrade though since you’re on a 650 watt. AMDs site does say 650 watts is the requirement for the 9070 but don’t know that I want to cut that close.

Is their anu PSU list that i can decide what's best on my region
there are multiple (more or less reliable) tier lists out there .

this should help

ideally you want A tier psu (regardless of tier list in question) anything less is compromising ,
that being said the B tier units will do if thats the best you can get .

and of course you can always come here and list units that are available in your region and
check with us to evaluate and select the best option .

honestly neither .

if you absolutely must choose out of these two than deepcool :
it has 10years of warranty and better efficiency (at least on paper)
here is the reputable review: https://hwbusters.com/psus/deepcool-pn750d-atx-v3-1-psu-review/

these MSI units are not the best either .
but if you truly can´t find anything better i guess it will have to do .
however it also only has 5 years of warranty .

can you by any chance find any seasonic focus GX (2024) / vertex or
corsair RMx 3.1 (2024) or adata core reactor II or Super Flower Leadex VII XG units ?
any of those would be much better than anything you have listed so far .

or MSI MPG A850GS PCIE5 which is a superior model to that which you have posted .
