I already have the rest of the componets such as moniter, hard disks and optical drive. No need to include them in the cost.

I want to keep the rig to be value for money and open for future upgrades.

Solution
From your choices:

Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H
Intel® Core™ i5-4440
MSI GTX 960 GAMING 2G
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3

Buy whichever case you like

The Corsair VS series is a bullshit PSU. Its a Tier#4 PSu on the tomshardware PSU list and unrated on Newegg's Eggxpert PSU list.

Buy it at your own risk.

A good PSU would be any Tier#1 or Tier#2 PSU from this list.
