This year i bought my very own computer, since i had a tight budget i decided to buy everything except my GPU, since i could use my old one for light gaming (World of Warcraft, League of Legends, CSGO and so on)
PC SPECS AS OF THIS MOMENT
i5-7600k
8GB DDR4 2400mhz
Nvidia GTX 650 1gb

I heard that the new Nvidia GPU's would be released this summer, should i try to survive with my GTX 650 or should i get GTX 1070ti (I can get one for 475eur at this moment)

The question for short is. Would it be okay to go for the 1070ti or should i just wait for the new GPU's

No, just no. A 1070 Ti is uber overkill for those games unless you are playing at 4k or 240Hz. Anyone with half a brain knows to ask for the resolution before suggesting a card.

So what is the resolution and refresh rate you are playing at?

WoW is going to be the most demanding of any of these games. You're going to want to go off of that.
At 60Hz 1080p you could max out settings with a 1050 Ti and your CPU will be the limiting factor when it does dip below 60.

For 144Hz 1080p the most you would need is a 1060 3GB for WoW, however that is not recommended because of the CPU issues. For example I have an 8700k and I play at 3440x1440 100Hz (with a 1080 Ti) and my fps is constantly dropping below 100 and I am not even at max settings (I play at 7). CPU is the limiter. 144Hz is pretty much impossible to achieve with a constant fps unless you dramatically reduce the CPU-heavy settings, and it won't help at all in raids. So either way even at the lowest settings your minimum fps will be lower than 60.

If you are playing at 1440p 60Hz a 1060 3GB is more than enough.
Only at 4k would I suggest a 1070 or 1070 Ti. And I think a 1070 should do it.

Oops,Forgot he does light gaming! The 1060 3GB Is enough for 1080p Gaming,But the 1070 or 1060 6GB Should be perfect.

Dude,Even though a 1070 Ti Would be overkill,He would get one for the same price as a 1060 6GB! That's 100 Less then the real price of the 1070 Ti. (Why not get the best!?)

That's the cheapest 1070 Ti i've ever seen,And if he would want to play more games,It would suite him.
