The Lenovo Thinkpad T490, HP Elitebook 840 G6 and Dell Latitude 5400 are all high quality business models which will meet all your requirements. These are all the most recent models in their lines. The T490 is the only one with a full RJ-45 that doesn't have a space saving flipper. Giving one less part to break. Unfortunately going any thinner loses the Ethernet port or requires the use of a dongle (T490s/X1 Carbon Gen 7).

Unfortunately as these are all new. Only the Thinkpad T490 has a review on notebookcheck.net. The others haven't been reviewed yet. Or have only been reviewed on junk sites which don't perform a detailed analysis. So, for those models you'll have to look at their predecessors for an idea of build quality, keyboard...

Is there any disadvantage of a dongle for ethernet?
I like the idea with the lenovo X1.
