Buying a new monitor for GTX 1070

Hello, I have some questions about buying a new about 27' monitor for my PC (i7-7700k and GTX 1070)

1. Should I get 144 Hz monitor or stay at 60 Hz? I dont mind playing lower setting to reach higher frame rate.
2. Does 4K on lower setting looks better than 1440p on higher setting (with same fps)?
3. Does 1080p looks better on 4K monitor than 1440p (because 4k is exact 1:4 so it has better scaling)?

Personal choice between 60 & 144hz.
For a 27” 4k isn't really any better than 1440p. 4K is better for really big screens.
1080p is only for 21-24” screens.
