Buying a new monitor

Hello! İ've been using a monitor of 1440x900 75hz moniyor for a long while( about 5-6 years) and i'm thinking to upgrade it to a 1920x1080 60hz, but i'm not sure if it is going to be worth it because of it's "hz" rate. At this point is it better to continue with the old one or buy a new one? And i'm mostly going to use it for gaming.

save up and get 144hz but do not know any of your system so really difficult to say

I've never seen a 75 Hz LCD monitor.
It doesn't really matter anyway, you won't notice the difference between 60 Hz and 75 Hz.
What you should go is get a decent 1920 x 1080 monitor, and you will notice better colour and contrast compared to your old monitor.
Don't be fooled by low refresh rate or high dynamic contrast rations, read a real review from a site like tftcentral.
