I want to buy a new pc, some people have recommended this build:

I saw that the case's acceptable fan height is 155 while the CPU fan height is 160, and shouldn't I take some budget from other components like MB for example for a better GPU?
I want to buy the pc for game development and video editing, any other tips will be welcomed.

If you can fit a 4060 Ti in that build I posted then change the cards. The previous RAM you had was too slow and the motherboard had little to no VRM's which would result in thermal throttling. That site is expensive compared to other Israel sites.

Personally I like the AMD card I picked of the ones I listed. It should be I think a little faster then the 4060ti.

As far as your question, in my opinion if you’re gaming and not doing a lot of streaming etc I suggest getting the Ryzen 7700 and a better graphics card, such as the rx 7700xt or something better. On nvidia side you’d want to go at least rtx 4070 which is the next step over the 4060 ti if you’re going that route.

Might poke around on Newegg as well. It appears they deliver to Israel.
