Buying a small form factor PC

Hello, I'm planning on buying an Alienware X51 R2 at the price of 370 euros with an i7 4770 and a crap gpu (gtx 670). Does that seem like a good deal? But, I have the money to buy a blower GTX 1070 Ti (yes, 330W does support this gpu when set to 80% power limit in msi afterburner). I really like the design and the compactness of this machine. But, should I buy a GTX 1080 Ti and the rest of the system (900 euros), or get this small beast (630 euros, including me selling the old GTX 670)?

Also, should I get the GTX 1080 Ti just for the monitor (C43J89) or are the GTX 1070 Ti and i7 4770 more than enough for 120fps?

The issue, so far as I can see is: How are you going to power up the card to read in Afterburner in order to set it at lower voltage for the PSU?

Some dude powered it up with a gtx 1080 and increased the gpu power limit, so no problemo here.
