Question Buying a used RX 5700 XT ?

So, i was looking for used GPUs, and found a used RX 5700 XT on Ebay for around 60 Euros, when one is at minimum 190, the seller has 100% positive feedback and in the description of the card it says "Used, some corrosion, but fully working "

A part of me wants to risk it, another is scared, if i really went for it i would pay through ebay, what are your thoughts?

I accept suggestions for another Graphics Cards, i can go to about 200..

It on a bid war with a reserve of $150 another words it won't sell unless the bids hit $150 or higher the begging bids are low to cause a drawn out bid war

be very careful when buying used gpu...

just this month of July alone, there are at least 3 victims of used gpu scams.
these are just from the top of my head, I think there is a 4th victim, but I lost sight of his thread.

Yes, but that's just going to make the bid war go nuts like normal most likely which will cause the price to skyrocket for no reason, plus you have to remember that you still have to pay shipping as well
