Buying an ASUS R9 280X.

Hey guys,
Do you know where I can get an
MATRIX R9 280X PLATINUM or
ASUS Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II?
It seems to be out of stock in a lot of places and I can't find it anywhere. I don't really care if it's online or not.
I'd like it to be available in Canada and not too expensive (<$450CAD)

I'll highlight the major differences.
MATRIX: GPU Boost Clock : 1100 MHz, GPU Base Clock: 950 MHz
DirectCU II: GPU Boost Clock : 1070 MHz, GPU Base Clock:970
MHz

While it isn't too much, I'd like the extra ~30 MHz.

it's not a major difference....it is a Minor difference....and u r not gng to see a big performance difference between those 2
