Buying CPUs on Ebay

I'm soon getting an i5-4690k and was wondering if I could get one cheap off of ebay:

I'm not gonna buy a used one, and I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to buy any of the ones on that link on ebay?

If it is a reputable seller than I would see no reason not to. I have boughten used CPUs off ebay(although I wouldn't buy a used CPU that may have been OC'd such as a k edition CPU) but all of mine have worked great. CPUs are pretty sturdy parts of your computer so like I said, if they are reputable, go for it.

Most retailers that work through ebay have return policies as does ebay itself.

ebay to sell to suckers and price gouge people. (hint: something they refuse to tell you, the prices are actually FIXED. aka if the minimum is not met in a bid, it's NOT actually sold. )
the best option is using a good company, like newegg.com for example for the USA.

Well now I don't really know what to do. I'll look at the reviews if it has any and determine if it's worth my while to buy it.
