Solution
Typically, when you see an account suddenly switch from one type of sale to computer parts, it usually means the account was either hacked or sold for the Seller's Reputation.

You'll note that before selling computer components/electronics, s/he dealt with car parts.

It's a scam, but if you want to go through the process of purchasing the item, paying for shipping, waiting for it to arrive, finding out it's fake, filing a claim with ebay, waiting for a decision, paying to ship the item back and hopefully getting your money back, that's entirely up to you.

It looks too good to be true.

'NEW SEALED MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti GAMING X 11GB 11G OVERCLOCKED EDITION' ... for $83 with free international shipping... something's not right here.

They are also selling others apparently ...

If that's the case they also shouldn't be listing them as 'new' and 'sealed'.

You might want to see how sweat shops make clothes that are priced for a hundred dollars. Given how I've witnessed them, I can assure you there are people who can repackage goods all in the name of a quick buck, at the expense of the buyer.

Oh i see, so like wait. it has 30 days return and i mean like it would be easy to get my money back lets say it was a scam.. I mean again also 30 day return so i mean like it is way to good to be true so i mean idk... what i am looking at is
30 day return
"new"
"unopened"
Doesn't seem that big of a risk to me but just want to make sure like what are the big things to look out for?
Also they have 99% positive feedback plus 15951 sells i take it or feedback gonna look more into this seller if no big red flags pop out i might get it tbh.

So those miners who caused crazy price increase in GPUs finished playing with their cards and now they try to trick us into buying their dirts?

I also considered to buy a 1080Ti. The seller has 100% satisfaction rating but all the less-than-10 excellent reviews were made the past two weeks only. I hestitate to buy from them.

Yeah i just noticed that. nOTHING on the feedback is really computer stuff just car stuff and other things.. yeah starting to see it is a scam.. Plus seeing other things on the internet about peoples accounts get hacked and people warning people about this not gonna fall for it.

Good move. It's 100% certain to be a scam.

I messaged that seller a few hours ago about the price (along with a few others selling similar stuff at stupidly low prices) and I have had no response from any of them so far.

FYI - The €39 listing for new GTX 1070's (45 of them were available) has now been removed. By eBay I assume.

Another selling multiple new GTX 1080Ti's for $80 has now changed the listing 'new' GTX 1050's for $57. How bizarre...

I have also just reported the lot of them to eBay. :)

While I was checking out several GPU, I observed that Deal Targets seems to be trying to monopolize the selling of EVGA RTX 2080 Ti cards both at Amazon and Newegg. While EVGA, amazon and Newegg are out of stock, Deal Targets seem to be getting all the stock. Even it is temprary out of stock, they get restocked quickly. How can this happen?

I bought a RTX 2080Ti from them two weeks ago and it was defective. So I returned to them via Amazon. While other companies offer Battlefield V promo code, they don't provide such code. Could be that they are selling the code separately as another product?
