Good evening,
I currently have a 1080p projector, I want to upgrade to a 4k projector and was informed I need to upgrade my RAM. Please give recomendations. I was considering to just get the 3600 lpx corsair and overclock it on the motherboard (at the moment I'm running 3000 OC). can I go higher as my motherboard OC to 4400(O.C)?

These are my specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Motherboard - Tuf gaming x570 plus
32 GB DDR4 - 3000mhz corair vengeance lpx
RTX 4070 Super

1) from England
2) For Gaming, want to play newer games ideally at max graphics
3) for 4k 120 inch projector
4) How much are you looking to spend? around or less than £100
6) Brands Preferred - was planning to just go corsair 3600 lpx vengeance
7. Brands Not Preferred- nil
8. Are You Buying More Than One Monitor - no

Thanks
Sheraz

Regarding: "was informed I need to upgrade my RAM"

Were you informed as to why RAM needed to be upgraded? Source?

32 GB is plenty of memory for most applications.

What video/projection software will be used?

Overall, the determining component is the motherboard: what RAM and RAM configurations does the motherboard support?

And "faster" RAM may not make any noticable difference. Especially if there are other components or configurations that will or could limit performance.

More information needed.
