If that's US, I don't think I can spend that much on a workstation even if I tried. That being said, here's the most ridiculous rig I could build:

If I had a disturbing amount of money on my hands, I would probably configure an OriginPC Genesis desktop - I really like their cooling systems, their cases are pretty good quality and are aesthetically pleasing. With that kind of money, you could purchase go with an array of 4k displays in the size of your choice.

That's just me trying to imagine what I would buy if I were forced to spend a scary amount of money in 1 day though the idea of paying the tab makes me sick to my stomach.
 
The real question here is can you build a nice desk into it, complete with surround sound a complete set of feed back controls with flight yokes, and dual joysticks in separate on demand drawers, and a really comfortable gaming seating situation with immerse motion and sound. Then you set up a whole house control system with the console built into a tablet on/in the desk and a docking station for an included high end gaming laptop and you are starting to get close to that money.
