[SOLVED] Buying new desktop

I am looking to get a new desktop computer. I currently have a dell XPS 8900 (Intel i7, 16 gb ram and Nvidia GeForce GTX 745). I was considering getting a new XPS but have seen some things saying it can overheat with higher specs. I will use it for photo and video editing. I am considering getting an Alienware r10. They offer liquid cooling as an option, which I read is supposed to be better. I saw an alienware model on special, but it only has air cooling. It has a Ryzen 7 5800 processor, Nvidia RTX 20260 super graphics card, 32 gb ram, 1TB SSD and 2 TB sata HD. Would these specs be ok with the 550w power supply that is air cooled, or should I spend more to configure my own model to include liquid cooling? I'm open to other computer models as well if you have any suggestions. I'd like to stay around $2000 or less.

Don't focus on "liquid cooling". It is NOT magical, and can be worse, if done incorrectly.
