Your requirements don't really match, you wanted a big laptop with a large screen but then want it to be portable.

Since you won't use it for games, sort by 17" screen size in whatever sellers are available in your country and look to see if a Ryzen 5 or 7 CPU is available in those systems, those are good enough to play SIMS 4 without issues.
