I need help to buy new monitor

I had syncmaster 2333SWplus it was good but every thing must come to an end.

I am looking for new upgrade

- budget 2000 egp = 200 USD
- 21 - 24 inch
- no need to 2k or 4k I need only FHD
- I play games
- I work on Indesign, and some other adobe Programs
- I watch movies

also I want to know what is the difference between response time and Mhz numbers

one last important thing I live in Egypt I dont have access to all types and brands of monitors

this website will give you idea about what we have here
http://www.egprices.com/en/category/computers/monitors

As for my PC:

System Model: EX58-EXTREME
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
GC: Ati Redoen 7850 1GB

Solution

Price is really about the same. So, go ahead and get the bigger screen. They are both 1080p. I'm not sure how you found that model so cheap...The LS32...has good buyer reviews, and a lot of them.
What I'd look for, based on your listed needs:
1.IPS panel, not TN. (might have to google monitors to find out) Better colors, depth, and contrast.
2. MHz number should be 60Hz. A higher # like 144Hz is for fps gamers. Stick to 60hz for your budget. The 60Hz means you can see 60frames per second. 144hz is 144 frames/sec.
3. Response time. 5ms or less is best.

Can you add more RAM? The i7-920 is still good but 4gb RAM is holding it back.

Thanks for your reply but would you please check the site I have sent because not all kinds of monitors available here.

I did look at the site but there isn't a way to narrow the results to things like resolution or Hz.
