Buying PC Parts soon. need critique

I am buying parts for a pc in time for christmas and was going to purchase all the pieces soon (today or tomorrow). Here is a link to the parts http://pcpartpicker.com/p/VH8jbv I would like to know if any of these are not compatible with each other or are known for bad quality/performance etc.

Looks like a very good build but there are a few changes you will need to make:

1) Your motherboard is a Z87 board and although it will support your CPU after a BIOS update, I would just recommend buying a Z97 board straight off. Let me know if you want suggestions for good Z97 boards for your build. Your CPU is from the haswell refresh line and hence needs the Z97 for best performance.

2) http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html. Try to choose a Tier 1 or Tier 2 class A power supply from this list. Your chosen power supply is good, but not the best and certainly not as good as the rest of your system. Your RM750 is a Tier 3 PSU -not ideal for such a high end build.

3) Are you sure you wan't to spend that much on a PCI wireless adapter? I mean, its a good one but still, there are other cheaper options out there.

4) Your chosen CPU cooler is good, but for that price, and for your CPU I would recommend you to get a Closed loop liquid cooler such as the Corsair H80i or even H100i. They are almost same price as your current Noctua one.

Otherwise, a great system.

Not bad, but a LOT of wasted money.
1, If you'll be gaming, the 4690K would be the way to go as some games like Thief don't like quad-core with H-T.
2, ROG boards are a ripoff. The same features can be found on the Z97-A.
3, Vengeance is also a ripoff. G.SKILL Ripjaws X or Sniper perform the same or better for less
4, For 10$ less, you can double your SSD capacity with the Crucial MX100 256 GB
5, You can get a Barracuda 2 TB drive for half the cost of your Black drive
6, The 970 is about half the price of the 980 and the performance is only worse by 10%
7, EVGA SuperNOVA PSUs perform the same for way cheaper.
Otherwise, it's great.
