I just want to warn everybody about buyxtremegear.com. I have just recently bought an OEM amd xp2100+ from them and when i recieved it I saw a bubble on the bottom and burn marks around that bubble. I immediatly sent it back following their dead on delivery policy. Waiting about a week I called in (customer service terrible), they told me that the processor has been overclocked and they would not replace it. I then asked if they have sold me a used processor, xtremegear said no. They said that I have burnt the processor and will not replace it. So basically saying I got screwed. They told me they have programs to tell whether or not the cpu has been used, they concluded it has, therefore meaning that they sent me a used cpu since I did not put the cpu in a computer when I got it. So I would like suggestion on what I could do? And has anybody else had any problems with buyxtremegear.com?? Thanks, a very shock consumer Randy
