Question Buzz and frame drop

I'm running a 3600x 16gb of DDR4 3200 on an Asus X570 gaming board and a new RX 6600TX. I had been getting thread exception BSOD's, but I think that's been resolved. When in game, or running a benchmark, I get frequent stutters, accompanied by electronic buzzing. Some are brief, some last much longer. I've updated Adrenaline and went to the Asus support to get the most recent sound drivers, but to no avail. I have cleaned and reseated my ram and the slots. Any other suggestions?

What is the exact make and model of your PSU? And can you run Home - UserBenchmark and post a link to your result please.
