I've been having a buzzing noise coming from my motherboard's VRM area that has been driving me nuts. It's not overly loud but I can hear it clearly, it happens when CPU is in idle state and when i open youtube and watch videos or dreamweaver and jut scroll the code and etc. if the CPU is in high load in that case there is no sound, I've found that problem is c-states now i have set Disabled in bios

After that buzzing is gone, but i can read some post on reddit and some forums that is not recommended to completly disable c-states not sure why but my question is globaly disabled C-States is fine or not? If i can understand C-States is just power saver and nothing more ?

I have also options to choice Package C state LImit

So no impact on processor lifetime and SSD as I can read on some forums, also i can read that CPU and VRM temps should be little up if C-States is disabled but for me all looks same, CPU around 34-35C and VRM 42-43C IDLE
