Hi all, recently built a PC and everything has been smooth, except that my PSU has been making a buzzing sound while in game recently, especially under heavy loads.
Is this worrisome? Or is this what coil whine is? It's a bit loud and screechy when it happens

Another thing, panning the camera in Witcher 3 makes the buzzing change loud to less loud to loud again

Rig:
PSU: Corsair CV650 80+ Bronze
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 AF
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 5600 XT
Mobo: Asrock B450M Pro 4

Also, when I look at the back of the PSU, there's a part that's kinda sticking out and sticking to the PSU wall:

Any help would be appreciated !

Might be a relay or transformer you hear switching. It didn't do it at first? Or did you not notice it at that time.?

Dont think the rubber against the grille is a problem, looks like a hose they put around a cable inside, is maybe to avoid that cable to make contact with the outside of the case.

It's normal. You're using a higher end graphics card on a double forward PSU.

I can't see what you're seeing from your picture.

If it's excess RTV it's fine. But if it's a component, it shouldn't touch the PSU housing.
