Buzzing Sound From Speakers

I've had a set of Logitech speakers for a while now and every now and then they start buzzing and nothing can stop it(I've tried unplugging it from both the mains and the 3.5mm audio jack, restarting my pc and unplugging my pc for a few mins). Its quite an electrical buzz and It doesn't come from my subwoofer, only the two speakers on my desktop. Any Idea of how to stop it? The buzzing fades after a while and can get quite loud(At the moment it's bloody annoying).

That's usually a problem with grounding, whole case or just plugs to speakers.
