By mistake I compress my C drive.

I was trying to free up some space when I accidentally compress my C drive..
And now my PC is not starting,
Everytime I try to start it " BOOTMGR is compressed"
Occurs.. and now I don't have the money to buy a Windows 7 DVD and format it...
I have to do my projects..
Is there any solution to fix it??
