C&C 95 won't start on W98SE

whats the problem? command an conquer for windows 95
won't start on my windows 98 se system.

It starts and the screen goes black like it's running,
then it dumps me right back in windows.

I've got a voodoo3 2000, 96 mb ram.

I have got it to work with Win 95 and 98 original not SE.
