My PC was working perfectly fine, but yesterday kids switch off the power supply and abruptly switched off the system. From then i keep on getting Automatic repair and diagnosing pc while starting and end up in blue screen. I have tried all tricks in the internet. Majority of it showing by accessing command prompt, but my pc didnt showing any administrator accounts to access it. Kindly help plzz. Much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Operating system is WINDOWS 10

Solution
Normally the only thing I had found that fixes this error is a clean install.

The problem is caused by corrupted boot files. Its difficult to fix them from outside windows and a lot of the fixes don't work every time so I find it faster in long run to start again.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Do you have one or more drives in the PC? Just asking as if you have more than one you can move info off C drive onto the other one. Otherwise you need to use USB

boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select...

Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

Now once you sure you copied everything off the hdd that C is on, follow this guide: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/
