C:windowssystem32hh exe could not be opened

I am getting this error while trying to install an app in W7 OS machine. it stopped the installayion process

That doesnt should like a correct location.

Are you sure its c:windowssystem32hh exe?

and not c:\windows\system32\hh.exe?

Are you installing a legal version of windows?
