Hi, I’m about to get a 970 sli set up but I need another 6+8 pin for the gpu. I tried looking for amazon but I can’t find a male 8 pin to 6+8 pin. This is picture is my psu

. Could someone send me what I need? (Amazon Canada)

Solution
You must find a cable exactly for that PSU model, they are not universal for all PSUs. Some like Cablemod https://cablemod.com/ can make you one.

look at the picture. it has got 2x 8pin pcie connectors.
a gtx 970 requires a 6 and a 8 pin, so in total you would 4 pcie connectors.
the powersupply is lacking those units for a reason and by just looking at that metal box I can tell it isnt something you want to run a sli on.

Wrong! all pcie video cable from PSU are 2x6+2pin to support 6pin and 8 pin (and video cards that require both) on the market. all he need for 2 Video cards is 2 complete sets of cables, 1 set for cable for each video card.

all of yours != low end units from thermal take.

edit: how do I know this for sure , because op is already asking for an adapter ..+ look at the picture.
