My case is an NZXT H510, which comes with no documentation (nor did I find any at NZXT's website). There are 4 cables extending from the front panel near the power button. The first three are labeled HD_AUDIO, F_PANEL, and USB 3.0. I have plugged those into my Gigabyte B450M DS3H at the slots labeled F_AUDIO, F_PANEL, and F_USB30. Notice the slight difference in name of the audio cable. All three connected easily smoothly (ok, to be honest, I had to spin the USB cable the right way, but then it went in with no effort).

There is a fourth cable, which has a cap on the end. It has no label. What is this fourth cable for and where does it go?

When I take the cap off the end, it appears to have 10 pins on each side of a circuit board. The connector has "serifs" on the end sort of in the shape of a "J". I'd upload a picture, but can't figure out how).

The only documentation that came with it is here. It does not say anything about what those cables are.

Also, only 4 of the screw holes on the board lined up with the case. Is that enough?

Thanks.

The cable in your picture is the usb 3.1 gen 2 cable for the type C port on the front panel. From looking at the specs for your motherboard, unfortunately it does not have a header for that cable. So, you will not be able to use the Type C port on the front panel.
Hi,
According to

These are the available cables for the Elite case:
SATA Power plug - For CAM powered smart deviceUSB 3.2 Gen 1 20 pin plug - For front Type-A portUSB 2.0 10 pin plug - For communication of the Cam powered smart deviceUSB 3.2 Gen 2 plug - For front Type-C portHD Audio Header - For front 3.5mm jackFront Panel Block - For front panel power button and LEDs

I guess that it's an USB 3.2 Gen 2 plug. You don't have to connect it, if header not available on board.

Hi.

I didn't have the elite case and can't figure the correspondence between what I saw and your list.

Another person says the last cable is a USB-C cable and that my motherboard does not have that. My motherboard is a gigabyte b450m ds3h. So I think it's a spare cable.
