Vrumor's question is perfectly legit and spot on for a correct troubleshooting procedure.
- Cracked copies can have issues original copies don't...
- Digital delivery can be flawed, which would imply a truckload of other people having your same issue and having "wait for the digital delivery service to get a new copy" as the only possible solution.
- Physical retail copies can be flawed as much as the digital ones, but you would have to bring back the disc to the store you bought it from or try to use the repair function of the digital delivery platform you got it associated to (if available).

So, where did you get the game from? Also, please, post your system specs for completeness.

the game is running perfectly except the black screen , also when i tried to open the game without administrator its says :

Call of Duty : Advanced Warfare couldn't write a file. The hard drive is probably full.

and i still got 377 GB free on my hard drive .

Which is something slightly impossible...
Just by launching Steam as administrator you should not receive an UAC request (unless something is VERY WRONG in how the game or your rights management service works).
To add up on that, I've read that this issue strikes illegally obtained copies, and the black screen may very well be a secondary effect of it. A quick round of googling for it and the first 3 results have the names of known "Warez Scene" teams in them, confirming what I've read.

As you may or may not know, rules forbid people on these forums to provide help for pirated copies; so I'm sorry, but we can't help you.
