Call of Duty:Advenced Warfare is unplayable

COD:AW is extremely slow on my computer but it runs Skyrim well on ultra also AC4. Why is this happening?

4GB DDR3 Memory

Call of Duty hammers CPUs. Yours is slow and you have only 4Gb of memory. Skyrim on Ultra? What resolution and effects are you running these games at.

So, my computer's specs are low or not?
I don't remember which options I selected exactly, because I formatted my pc to convert from x86 to x64.
Also I use ATI usually.

Your specs are certainly low. I'm surprised that you can play Skyrim at Ultra. I have a more powerful system and cannot do that fluently.
