Question USB memory stick not listed on diskpart - Windows 10

Hello, everyone! I need your help on an issue I have concerning a usb memory stick.
I can see it on the file explorer (though I cannot access it):

but on diskpart it is not shown (neither on AOMEI Partition Assistant, nor EaseUS Partition Master), only the SSD (disk 0) is listed:

Changing the letter did not help.
Any ideas?

Thank you for your reply! I should have mentioned that it's the same on a different computer (Windows 11): visible on file explorer, not listed on cmd-diskpart. The usb memory stick is old and used.
