Call of Duty Ghost crashes in MP and SP

Sorry for my bad english, i'm from germany and found this forum due google around my CoD Ghost Problem, maybe someone can help me:

i got the game and it didn't work, i got a new videocard yesterday (nvidia geforce 650 GT) and for sure i installed the latest drivers

Problem when i start MP, it connects me to a server, i see the loading screen of the Map, and when it is done and i'm up to play in the First Person View it crashes "Call of Duty Ghost does not work anymore"

Same in SP: After the Video Intro it crashes.

nah, atm the servers are not avaiable so i can't try again but i had different graphicsettings yet and nothing helped me out

i have to say that the microsoft error code says that it is not possible to start the "app" > "Game"
