Call of duty Ghosts : TEXTURES ?!

Hello i started playing ghosts a little bit and the textures settings won't apply anything other than normal or auto, when i set to high or extra and hit apply it reload but when i return to the settings it's always back to ''normal''...what's wrong? how can i get pretty textures in this game cause now its low res and plain ugly...i have a GTX 780 3gb...thanx!

This might seem out of nowhere, but try running the game as administrator.
