[SOLVED] Call Of Duty Warzone Lag Spikes

I just downloaded COD Warzone yesterday. It runs fine for a while on normal settings, but looking around I will get jolts of lag spikes that nearly makes the game unplayable. If anyone is curious what is in my PC for specs https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jQH9qk . Any thoughts on how to fix it?

How do your temps look?

A quad core/thread cpu and only 8GB RAM, I expect this is the problem. Monitor cpu usage on each core and RAM usage while in game. I expect the cpu is running at max on at least 1 core and also high RAM usage causing caching to the HDD.

Warzone is going to force many budget builders to upgrade...
It's a different beast compared to the older CoDs.
