Camera and mic for conference

I'm moving to Spain like 12 hours (by plane) and USD $1000 away from my family and, since we are really close, I'd like to install at home a good cam and mic to be able to talk and see each other at dinners, etc.

Any hardware (cam and mic) recommendations? About budget, around $150 $200.
