Camera card

my camera card will not work in my computer it use to.
I keep getting the message F:\ not accessible request could not be performed because of a I/O device error

Probably damaged, does it work in the camera and/or another computer? If it works in the camera, try to uninstall and re-install the card reader, should also try a different card reader.
