Camera claims memory full even with a brand new Micro SD card

My Camera (Active sport Action sport pro cam 1080p ultra HD) which is a cheap GoPro if you will, says that it has memory full even with a brand new SanDisk Micro SDXC (64gb).

I've reset the camera to default, even though I haven't got any photos or videos on it and I have tried inserting the Micro SD before turning it on and after, I have even tried formatting the card and looked on the card in case there would be some files or something, but it's empty.

It's only able to hold storage cards up to 32 GB not 64

Try reformatting the sd card in your computer. I'm guessing it uses the FAT32 format, but if that doesn't work then... Experiment!
