camera videos issue

i'm in trouble with camera. I have a sony hx400v and i shot many videos. I am able to see these in my camera but when open it on pc it would not show there. what can i do?

Use vlc player to playback the files.

How do you connect to your PC? USB? Use the sony software tool to import video files or set the camera at menu "USB connection" to "mass storage"
