campare 2 hard disk

Hello.
I want to replace my hard disk.
I really do not know which one to choose please help me again.
Hard disks I am speaking about are:
1- Toshiba P300 HDWD110UZSVA Bulk Internal Hard Drive- 1TB
2- Seagate BarraCuda ST1000DM010 Internal Hard Drive - 1TB
I can choose more for example wd10 ezex blue but It is old.
my motherboard support SATA 3Gb/s.I think that these above hard disks are 6Gb/s so can I install them or not?
If you know a 1tb hard disk which is better tell me If not please help me to choose between these..

if the choices are between those two drives I would say go for Toshiba. and yes a Stata 6gb will run on a 3gb, but at 3gb/s only

I agree with previous poster, I'd choose Toshiba over Seagate every time.

I always avoid Seagate drives after my disappointing experiences with them.

My personal preference is for WD drives though, always had reliability and long life from those.
