Question Can´t boot to windows because SSD is read only

This happened to me now the second time in ~12 months:

It starts with frequent bluescreens in Windows, getting more and more frequent, always requiring a reboot.
Then finally it says no OS on Disk. When I check with security USB-Stick I can see the SSD but it´s read only.

First with a Samsung 970EVO Plus, now with a Kingston.
I´m wondering, might it be

• too much heat?
• Or me never shutting off the PC but rather going into hibernation?

Both NVME SSD´s were 1TB and after some time with bluescreens I wasn´t able to boot to windows anymore, because windows was not able to write to the read-only disk. I have the Gigabyte 550i Aorus Pro AX in a veryvery tiny case, and read some articles about too much heat for the ssd´s with the Motherboards included SSD cooler?
So I´m even ok with buying the 3rd SSD in ~24 Months, but I don´t want to happen it again 🙈
Do you have any Ideas what could cause this failure?

Could be excessive writes to the drive.

Install windows on some other drive and diagnose SSD with SSD manufacturer specific tool.

SSDs will revert to a fail-safe read-only mode if they have suffered from significant damage.

Do you have any Idea what might be the cause of this?
Might it be any of my settings?

Critical parameter in SMART was tripped.
This locked your drive, to protect your data.
You recover your data and replace the drive.

There was quite a large rash of failing Samsung 970 EVO drives, most manufactured within a certain timeframe within 2021 or so...

(This would not account for the failing Kingston, but, perhaps just a coincidence...)

Might run an overnite run of Memtest86, etc, just to make sure no potential RAM issues leading to potential corruption )
