There is no such thing as a free version of windows 10. Did you mean the free upgrade from 7 or 8? Or are you running WIn 10 unactivated(will be missing some personalization features, and have nags plus a watewrmark).

Is this possibly Windows 10 S?
If so, you need to install a real OS. Not the "S" version.
