Question Can’t get past BIOS - not pushing anything

Hello, my computer was running fine. I noticed the front fans weren’t spinning so I read to restore the bios to its default. I did that and upon reset it will no longer leave the bios.

Setup as follows
ASUS sabertooth x99
Intel i7-5960x
Corsair vengeance ddr4 64gb
HDD Seagate 2tb Sata
SSD crucial 500gb bx100
Titan black 12gb
Corsair RM 1000w
Windows 7 64bit

For myself, the issues was the primary boot source was off. It was my secondary drive, cd drive, then the second drive which windows was on. I’ll be able to provide more in depth about it later. Now my keyboard is going haywire so I am going to purchase a new one(ongoing issue)
