Extra info or specifics:
I am big on having it be visually appealing, so I'd prefer a windowed case and all the parts be matching (Colour scheme doesn't matter). Water cooled heatsink. Also (If possible in budget) add in aftermarket fans for the case and heatsink. If it'll be any help the games that I play the most are Arma, and Battlefield. (Mostly Arma). If possible an LED strip to put in the case. I was also wondering about custom coloured power cables, but i'm sure they'll be too much money for this build. Basically to sum it all up, I want a good looking build without sacrificing it's performance. I'll PROBABLY upgrade to three smaller 1920x1080 monitors by early 1014. Thank you to anyone who helps!

How's this for color matching:

That's for overclocking. If you don't plan to overclock, see the build below. Overclocking is not hard, but you should know about it before you start. You shouldn't just blindly do it -- that's a good way to kill your chip. As for water cooling, you don't need it with the above set up. A simple heatsink will be fine. It's black so it should fit the theme. And no, closed loop coolers like the Corsair H* series is not water cooling. If you want water cooling, buy a custom kit.
